Build Room is operated by Build Something Co. "Build Room" is the brand name; Build Something Co is the legal operator responsible for these terms, membership, and member communications.

Build Room membership is $19 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage Billing in your account; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payment information is processed by the payment provider. Build Room receives the billing and subscription details needed to manage access but does not store full card numbers.

Membership gives you access to every published release in the library, everything added while your membership is active, and a private line to Jay. New material is released regularly; no specific release schedule is guaranteed.

Downloads are for your own use. Please don't resell, republish, distribute, or share the files or your account access. Build Room and its creator retain ownership of the materials and grant members a personal-use license.

Build Room shares Jay Sanders' operating experience and thinking. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and results will differ from business to business.

Do not attempt to bypass membership controls, access another member's account or private messages, disrupt the service, upload harmful material, or use Build Room unlawfully.

Build Room text messages are optional and governed separately. Text consent is not a condition of purchase or membership.

Text Message Terms

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end a membership that materially breaks these terms or threatens the service, members, or creator. Where reasonably possible, we will explain why.

Build Room is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Build Room and its creator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may change as Build Room develops. The updated date above identifies the current version.
